Why Cardio?

According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and Physcial Activity Guidelines or Americans, 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity and muscle-strengthening activities that work all major muscle-groups result in important health benefits.

The RepScheme Bootcamp curriculum and programming are catered to the above factors in helping you reach that healthy lifestyle!

Also. according to the American Heart Association (AHA), an average “40 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity 3 to 4 times a week lowers blood pressure and cholesterol.

Cut your workout time in ½!

1 minute of vigorous-intensity activity is about the same as 2 minutes of moderate-intesity activity. 

The typical vigorous-intensity RepScheme Bootcamp workout is 30 to 40 minutes long, equivalent to almost 60 to 80 minutes of moderate-intensity workouts!

Cardio

When people think of cardio (short for cardiovascular), some may think of running, cycling, ellipticals, or even a dance class. In the 45 minutes of a RepScheme Bootcamp workout,  you will get that Cardio fix to build your endurance, plus some weight training to get you toned!

The class may be shorter than what you are used to, but the intensity will be at a higher level!

Calories?

You will still burn the same or more calories with RepScheme Bootcamp.  The pair of cardio with strength training will drop the pounds, shred body fat, and will drive you towards the results you want!

Confidence

Setting a fitness goal, committing to that goal, and achieving that goal will allow you the opportunity to feel a sense of pride upon completion of RepScheme Bootcamp.

You will remember your tentativeness, apprehension, and tentativeness when signing up for RepScheme Bootcamp.

You will remember being coached to push through one more rep, to run just a bit further, to hold that plank for just a second longer. 

You will remember pain, you will remember humility, and you will remember yourself drenched in sweat, out of breath, holding your hand out to receive a high five.

You will experience pride and accomplishment.

You will share pride and accomplishment.

And, you will leave RepScheme Bootcamp asking for another go,  knowing that you can pretty much do anything in which you set a goal.
